X Series Planetary Drive Units


All X Series Drive Units are engineered with McMillen's "In-Line" drive design, to eliminate chain and sprocket reductions. A hydraulic motor drives the auger through a sealed planetary gear reduction. The heavy duty all gear design of McMillen's planetary drives gives these units a long life with minimal maintenance and service costs.

"C" Series Chain Reduction Drive Units

McMillen "C" Series drive units are designed for lighter usage. Research, development and nationally conducted on-site testing have proven the "C" Series' rugged design and construction. Fixed chain centers eliminate adjustments while the floating drive sprocket insures constant chain alignment. The hardened drive sprocket resists wear and helps to assure a trouble free life. Spring loaded, double lipped seals guard against contamination or failure.
