- Easy On and Off
The GK-4866 Grapple Kit can be added or removed quickly, as your needs change. use it only when your chores demand it. And when the Grapple Kit is removed, no additional brackets are left behind. Only eight bolts are needed to secure the Grapple kit onto your bucket. If permanent installation is preferred, the Grapple Kit may be welded onto the bucket.
- Quality Construction
Quality is an integral part of the GK-4866 Grapple Kit. The Grapple Kit's torque tube is made from 2-1/2" schedule-40 pipe for strength. Large 3/8"-thick grapple hooks and greaseable 1" hinge pins are designed for long life. Clamping power comes from the 1-3/4" x 6" hydraulic cylinder. It is mounted in-line with the center grapple hook for maximum durability.
- Installation
The GK-4866 Grapple Kit can be added to any standard compact tractor bucket that is between 48" and 66" in width. All of the necessary brackets and hardware are included with the kit. Four holes need to be drilled in each end of the bucket. The grapple cylinder requires hydraulic power from a tractor-mounted hydraulic remote valve. No additional modifications need to be made to your bucket or loader.
