A one of a kind product specially designed to be towed behind lawn & garden tractors. The AgriMetal Collector is a stand-alone unit with an independent pickup head featuring rotating flails.


The problem with most Lawn Vacuums is they don't really work! Typically a gas engine drives a small diameter impeller that tries to suction debris through a 10' hose attached to a mower deck. The blades turning on the deck supposedly get debris moving so the impeller can take over and deposit the material into a hopper. There are 2 basic problems here:
  • Debris has to travel too far from the pickup point to the hopper!
  • The blades on the mower deck are turning the wrong way!
AgriMetal's creative designers built a LARGE diameter impeller and put it INSIDE the pickup head (patent pending). Leaves and debris are sucked into both sides of the impeller and only travel inches to the hopper rather than feet, so it's like having 2 blowers housing and 2 impellers on each unit.

Using a large vacuum impeller has other benefits too:
  • It turns slow which means it lasts longer
  • Low rpm equals LESS NOISE! No competitor comes close to reducting noice as much.
  • Low rpm raises LESS DUST!
The second part of the one-two punch is an innovative rotor with super-light nylon flails (also patent pending) that actually COMBS leaves, thatch and even PINE STRAW! Out of fine turf.

Think of it this way. It's like combing your hair as opposed to waving the comb around over your head. These flails are super effective (even in tall grass) but are so gentle they don't mar turf. Chopping action of the flails breaks up leaves so more fit in the hopper & reduce trips to dump.

Core Breaker

Aerate fairways without
interrupting the game

The CORE BREAKER breaks up aeration cores over a 6 or 8 foot working width. The rotor’s action separates grass roots from the soil, and deposits nutrient rich soil and organic matter back on the turf.


The rotor is made of wire impregnated rubber fingers. This rotor rotates between 2 rows of stationary knives to completely break up aeration cores and separate chaff from the soil. A rear mounted flexible steel drag mat evenly applies rich soil back onto the turf. After using the CORE BREAKER, only the stubble will show. To remove it, simply go over the area with an AgriMetal blower. Once both of these operations have been completed, golfers can walk and play on the course without any incovenience.
