DRIVE UNITS:

Model 3000 MAX auger drive units for skid-steer loaders and compact excavators feature 2-inch hex output shafts.

The 3000 MAX delivers 2,139 ft. lbs. of torque at 3,480 psi. Its required hydraulic flow range is from 7 to 17 GPM. It will easily handle auger bits from 4 to 24 inches in diameter.

Also available are two larger drive units –

The 3500MAX delivers 2,687 ft. lbs. of torque at 3,480 psi. Its required hydraulic flow range is from 10 to 20 GPM. It will easily handle auger bits from 4 to 30 inches in diameter.

The 4500MAX delivers 3,345 ft. lbs. of torque at 3,480 psi. Its required hydraulic flow range is from 15 to 30  GPM. It will easily handle auger bits from 4 to 36 inches in diameter.

All Auger Torque drive units measure 9.5 inches in diameter, have a unit height of 27 inches and a unit weight of 156 Lbs.

All Auger Torque drive units feature NDS,
Non Dislodgement Shafts, so output shafts cannot break free, an important benefit contributing to a long life of trouble-free service. An available skid-steer universal mounting frame has side shift capability for maximum versatility.

AUGER BITS:

Auger Torque Bits are available in 4-, 6-, 9-, 12-, 16-, 18-, 20-, 24-, 30- & 36-inch diameters, with either standard or carbide-tipped teeth. They are all built using 2-9/16-inch round or 2-inch hex, heavy-wall tubing for maximum strength.

Flat-pitched, world-standard single flighting insures maximum soil removal from the hole. Losing auger teeth down the hole is expensive and frequent replacement takes time off the job. Exclusive Auger Torque Shock Lock™ tooth system uses a shock absorbing element and a locking pin to prevent the loss of teeth and to make tooth replacement quicker.
