The BX range consists of fully mounted reversible plows with low lift requirement. Strong design manufactured from high grade heat-treated steel in vital parts means durable strength in comparison to the weight.

The center of gravity is close to the tractor for minimum lift requirement. The BX plows “turn under” which means that the bodies pass under the frame and the depth wheel passes up high when the plow is turned.

The BX-series can be equipped with a fully automatic hydraulic stone release system (H) and with fixed beams with individual shear bolts for each leg. The furrow width can easily be adjusted in three steps (12”, 14” and 16”) to suit different plowing conditions. The quick hitch headstock is standard equipment. With the easily detachable cross shaft, hitching the plow to the tractor is a lot easier and safer to connect.

Överum reversible plows have documented low draft requirement according to official tests. This means energy savings, less slippage as well as increased capacity.

A new series of fully mounted conventional plows with strong design and good clearance

The Överum CT-series consists of models from 2 – 5 furrows with fully automatic hydraulic stone release system (H), or fixed beam version with shear bolts (F).

Överum CT is designed with focus on strength and clearance, for long life and trouble-free operation. Long interbody clearance gives free flow for crop residues and enough room for modern effective skimmers. The frame design is simple and strong. The furrow width adjustment in three steps is solid and maintenance free, 14, 16 or 18 inch.

• Improved stone release system - The CT-series has been equipped with the well-approved stone release technique from the Överum reversible plows. That implies better geometry with increased maximum lifting height and a substantially decreasing force on the plow body the further it releases. Besides that, the start force can be set higher than the previous system.
• Tractor thread rubber wheel or steel wheel (accessories) - The new low profile tire with tractor thread keeps rolling even in difficult conditions, and therefore gives better support and uniform working depth. The pneumatic rubber wheel runs softly as a shock absorber while the steel wheel is recommended where the risk of puncture is important, (hedges with spines etc).
• The XL-body – Low draft requirement - With Överum XL the plow pulls easy. Wide furrows can be plowed shallow or deep with good result. Choose the working depth according to soil type, amount of straw, weed conditions etc.
• New spring loaded disc coulter - In the new concept the disc coulter follows the body out of the soil when releasing for stones. The disc coulter is better protected and it is also better for combining the discs with skimmers. Despite this the disc coulter has an individual spring loading for protection and help for the plow to maintain desired working depth in hard conditions.
