- Four-cylinder, 195- and 274-cu. in. engines operate at a low 2300 rpm for added durability and low noise levels. They are turbocharged and intercooled for maximum performance and fuel efficiency, providing up to 39% torque rise.
- The powerful T4000F hydraulic system has two separate open-center hydraulic circuits to ensure full flow for operating implements, three-point hitch and tractor functions.

- 16 x 16 Synchro Command' with a synchronized mechanical shuttle
- 16 x 16 Synchro Command with a clutchless mechanical shuttle
- 32 x 16 Dual Command with a clutchless power shuttle.
- The optional SuperSteer FWD axle is a New Holland exclusive that provides a 76-degree turn angle for the shortest row-to-row turning in the industry. This option also includes a Traction Management System that engages FWD only when needed.
- An economical 2WD front axle is also available, if you work in conditions where front-wheel drive is not required.
