- Easy to operate
All the primary functions of operation are built into a centrally located manifold system. The color coded valves and icons are easy to understand. A suction valve is used to choose between main tank and rinse tank. The pressure valve controls operations of spraying, tank rinse, and chemical filler. The agitation valve controls the amount of agitation so foaming can be minimized. The quick fill valve directs the solution to the main tank. The manifold system is easily accessed from the ground making operation safe as well as easy.
- High quality components
The RANGER is assembled using proven high quality HARDI components. The high tensile strength steel frame, powder coat paint, robust tanks, and proven boom suspension are examples of the quality that makes up the RANGER trailer line. The RANGER fluid system consisting of the HARDI diaphragm pump and EVC controls will ensure years of reliable service.
- Low center of gravity
The stylish tank of the RANGER 22 00 also provides for safe operation. The RANGER tank is wide at the bottom to ensure a low center of gravity. Liquid is move forward as the tank is emptied this help maintain weight on the drawbar of the tractor ensuring traction on slopes.
- ParaLift
The ParaLift system on the RANGER 2200 gives superior crop clearance over H – Frame type lift systems. The ParaLift system allows for 20” to 60” of boom height adjustment. The new mechanical transport lock system automatically engages and disengages by simply raising the ParaLift.
- High strength Chassis
The chassis is made from high strength steel and is designed for track width as narrow as 60”. The drawbar and axle are the lowest points on the chassis which gives the RANGER excellent crop clearance while maintaining a low center of gravity for excellent stability.
- Polyethylene Tank
The 600 gallon polyethylene tank is designed with a low center of gravity in mind. The forward sloping tank keeps the weight on the drawbar. The clean water tank is intergraded into the main tank and is located conveniently at the front near the operator’s platform. The RANGER tank has no sharp corners to allow sedimentation of pesticides. Superior agitation is achieved at the sump from the forward sloping design of the tank.
- Two pump alternatives
HARDI Diaphragm pump is designed for the application of crop protection products and liquid fertilizers. The principle of the HARDI diaphragm pump separates the liquid from vital parts of the crankshaft and bearings. This makes for years of dependable service.
